When it comes to computers, your problem can only be hardware or software.

If it is hardware, you probably already know what the problem is. Did the fan stop working, is the computer overheating, did the cd or dvd player stop working, or did the monitor stop working? All of these are hardware issues, and while not terribly difficult to fix, you could still get a pc computer repairs person to take a look at it.

Software problems are also tricky, and they might make you think that your hardware isn't working right. If you had the problems described below you really know what I mean.

The PC is working slowly Blue screen error appears Computer restarts for no reason Error messages involving dll files PC stops running and freezes

If you have had issues like this with your pc, then it is most likely a problem with your registry. The registry is a set of files that tell the computer how to operate. If these files get messed up, as they often do with Windows, it can cause some serious problems. The good thing, though, is you can fix this yourself without the help of a technician.

You will need a registry repair software. This software will run a scan of your computer and tell you all of the problems you have in the registry, and will also fix all of them for you. The first time I ran this type of software, I had over 700 errors on my computer. Up until that point, I was ready to go and get a new computer. But, this took care of everything.

The software even has a great feature; you can program it to run at a scheduled time. You can run it every week to make sure that your computer will run the way it's supposed to. It saves you money and it only takes about 15 minutes to scan and repair the registry, so why bother with a technician?
